Tips Needed for 1stViewing of Potential Househacking Opportunity
Going to my first viewing next week to see a duplex with a cottage in the back. I've a first time buyer and I'm investor. I'm looking to house back, while renting the other units. I'm just starting out and want to get and idea of what's on the market. What are a few things to look for and important questions to ask during a showing? I also plan to drive around the area afterwards. Any key things to keep an eye out for in the surrounding area?
Any tips would be much appreciated.
