No mans land and the flat lands
I've looked and researched and have even driven for dollars and saw one property so far. I live in a very non metro politin area but I know w due diligence som we thing will pop up. My problem now is do I look for a flip or try to go for a rental? It seems starting out a rental would not be the first thing to go for nor would a flip. I think TT he basics of just s wholesale deal is the answer?
