My name is Dustin Richardson. I'm wanting to get into real estate game. But I'm not sure how how to construct a deal. I'm looking into real estate and see what I consider potential property. But not sure what sure what steps to take on how to make a proper deal to propose to any one. What are your guys thoughts on this?
