I have seen a lot of 'We buy houses' signs come and go in my area lately. As I am trying to get started I am looking for wholesalers, bird dogs or other ways to find property. I imagine the best case scenario would be to generate the leads myself. Any advice on what worked best for the full timers over the years? Mailings, ads, websites, signs?
