Market Research for Beginner Investor
I am just looking to get started in REI, buy and hold in particular. I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast as well as reading the blogs. I am constantly trying to educate myself on the basics of investing and am learning a ton from bigger pockets. I really would like to educate myself on the Dallas/ Fort Worth market, but don't really know where to start. I was wondering where the best place to look just to get to know the market.
