Getting Started in Fix and Flips

Hello,

I am new to the BiggerPockets community and wanted to get a little advice on starting out. I am from Northern New Jersey and have completed one flip which we broke even on. On that flip we had a hard money lender who we ended up paying nearly $30,000 in interest and fees. I am seeking some advice on the best way to get started, find some cheaper financing options and finding some good properties.

Thanks

Rob
