Finding Creative Ways to Market as a Wholesaler

I am a wholesaler trying to land my first deal, and I have come to realize that most deals a wholesaler probably will not find on sites like Zillow and Trulia. As a result, I have been researching, attending meetings, etc. to try to get ideas about how to find off market deals. One of my methods has been to advertise with something along the lines of "We Buy Homes For Cash and Close in 30 days". Now, although I have gotten calls, they have all been from fellow wholesalers thus far! And I do understand why of course. But, does anyone in the BP community have a better way to advertise as a wholesaler so you are not getting so many calls from wholesalers? Perhaps a better way to phrase a similar advertisement? Thank you! I truly value all feedback, and or advice. Hope to work with you all one day!
