REI with Little Money down.
I'm currently living in Bloomington, IN and have been researching REI for several months now and trying to decide whether it is really possible to get started with very little personal money. I'm working full-time and wanting to do this on the side with the possibility of transitioning to full-time. I'm open to several types of properties and just need some solid advice, considering I have no experience in this. Any help in the Bloomington area would be amazing!
