New investor from Chicago!
Hello BP community! My name is Stan. My girlfriend and I are looking to start real estate investing in the Chicagoland area! We will be going the wholesaling route to start with and see what opportunities open up from that! I don't have too much real estate experience, but have dealt with flipping tax liens in the past. But hoping to now be a part of this amazing community and learn and practice as much as I can to make a career out of real estate! I have been doing a lot of research on marketing as a wholesaler and have an idea of where to start, but what I would really like is to find an investor friendly real estate attorney and title company in the Chicagoland area, with who I can go over any and all the contracts that I would need to go ahead and start making deals!
