My partner and I are planning to start an investment business buying and flipping. What type of business model is best, LLC or S Corp? How do lenders evaluate the credit worthiness of a LLC?

Jennifer Montgomery S-Corp is generally best for flipping because only the reasonable salary that you pay yourself will be subject to Self employment taxes.Good luck!
