Find and Refer stage?
From reading the millionaire investor by Keller I found the concept of find and refer as a way to make money. My question is how? Is it to find distressed owners and connect them to investors? Or find fix and flip or fix and hold deals and refer them to an investor? Maybe I answered my own question but I want to take action as soon as I can with the knowledge that I currently have. I'm in the NYC area. Thanks.
