cash out refi on rental property
I have 3 rental property, they all have about 60-90k in equity. I want to take as much equity in them to buy a house cash. My question is can I cash out refi all the property at the same time or do I have to wait? There all with different lender. I live in orlando fl. Any recommendation is welcome. Thanks
