Chicago Suburb Apartment Brokers
I'm looking to build relationships with a small group of Chicago area brokers who specialize in multifamily properties. I'm looking at both 1-4 unit opportunities as well as small commercial (under 12 units). This is my first purchase in the area so I will be looking for advice and guidance in addition to deal flow. I'm not opposed to cook county but prefer the collar counties. I look forward to your assistance.
