Hey whats up guys Jose here I'm such a noob to this stuff, but I'm ready to learn !

Since I'm just starting out i ned a bit of guidance. Like what would be the right direction to go about it. College courses , self education , internships , reading . What should i be working towards ? Legal aspects...What should I focus on being brand new to this industry ? I don't want to be reading all he time thinking that reading is going to get my first property.  Thanks guys really appreciate it !
