1st offer on a wholesale deal
My partner and I have come across our first motivated seller. Should our initial offer be verbal or in a P&S form? We have contingencies that eliminate risk. Just wondering if everyone else is putting out a lot of official offers, or if we should keep it verbal until we have someone look at the house.
