Detroit rental market

Hi, I'm looking to invest in Detroit!!!! I live in CA now but I will relocate if the opportunity is there. Any advice???? ( I'm looking at Detroit rental opportunities).

Hi@Mania Emami. I would say Detroit is definitely a great place to invest because the returns are great, but you have to be familiar with the area and know the ins and outs. Even in an area that is up-and-coming you still will have a street that is bad. You can also work with businesses that specialize in helping out of state owners. PM me and we can talk more.
