I should have listened

Hello Bp, I should have listened when my father was telling me to purchase a duplex and rent one side out. Well now as i get older and learn more i see we call that house hacking. I wanted something more move in ready i mean its tough to move into a place that you have to immediately do work on. well at the time i didnt think there was even a duplex that wasn't in a bad area and needed substantial amount of work. So lets fast forward I purchased a home 3bdr 2.5 bath in virginia area for 135k. Now the idea of owning a duplex seems like a great investment but im not sure how i could finance it at this point. I do have 401k but i don't want to use that money unless its necessary. So i have been on hold for 2 years met a lady friend she moved in. Now i was fortunate that she owned a condo and we was able to rent it out making around 200 a month. well she just delivered a Baby boy so that income helps me from having to pay her mortgage while she is out. Ok Lets wrap this up, I have obtained my LLC and need the Tax id but not sure what i need to focus on after that. Not sure how i can finance a duplex and if its even a good idea to use business credit for this startup. And how to build enough business credit because im just starting and would like to purchase my investment sooner then later. Any help would be greatly appreciated
