I am a veteran and was looking to get into the real estate market but need help going about it. I want to get into apartment complexes. Any help would be very appreciated .

Do you have any of your VA eligibility available? If so, why not start out with a 4 plex using your VA? Of course you will have to live there for a year, because that's a requirement of the VA loan, but if it's an option it's a great way to wean yourself into investing.
