Trying to find a wholesale that i can rehab
Good day everybody. I'm new to the real estate world and I'm trying to find a good source of wholesale deals based in the tristate area that I can invest in and hopefully fix and sell. I have some investors interested in helping me fund my deal. My ceiling for an investment is 200k, can anybody help point in my in the right direction? Thanks
