What's the fastest way to independence?

Question

You have $15k, great credit, and a drive to become financially independent from your day job as soon as possible because working for someone else's dream is not what you want. Which investment route do you take? Would love to hear from some experienced pros with "if I were to do it all over again"

Depends on your goals. Do you want passive income or do you want a job, just a job doing real estate? How long did it take to save up $15,000? If you want to generate capital, then invest in marketing for wholesaling or try to find a property to flip. If you have a high income and are saving a large percentage of it, then maybe do a live-in flip or house-hack and keep saving for renovations or more down payments. $15,000 down with an FHA mortgage would probably be a great place to start.

I will be Flipping Single Family Houses (to make Cash) and reinvesting that cash in additional flips and also Buy and Hold Single Family Houses and Small Multi Families up to 4-plex for long term.

Take my advice with a grain of salt because I haven't done it yet.  But my plan is to wholesale properties to build cash, then buy rentals to get cashflow to match my current income.
