Dress Code for Property Tour

I almost feel silly for asking this question, but I have an upcoming property tour with a turnkey provider. They seem pretty casual. I'm wondering what would be considered appropriate to wear on property tour. Business attire? Jeans and a polo? Does it matter? I'm assuming since I'm their potential client they should be trying to impress ME that it doesn't matter, but I also don't want to be caught off guard and under dressed. What do you think?

@Mark S. Is this a bus tour or are you the only client?  Are you going to be touring only completed homes, or seeing some in progress or as yet untouched homes?  If a mix, then I would be more concerned about overdressing than under dressing.  RE investors, particularly those who are bringing the money are some of the least concerned about dressing up I've ever seen.  Final analysis range: Casual to be prepared to get dirty attire.
