Property Transfers in Baltimore City
Does anyone know the process for transferring properties in Baltimore. My father wants to help me achieve my goals and is willing to give me a rental property to start my portfolio with. I have purchased a Baltimore City property and I have rehabbed 4 properties with my Father but I'm clueless about transferring or inheriting property. Any insight would be a big help, it would allow my to use the equity to get more property to help stream some passive income.
