Hey looking for advice and pointers for what to look for when buying undeveloped property in rural areas of California... What shoud i be looking for? What is a big Red Flag? What factors need to be considered if the plan is to develop the land? What are peoples experiences with this type of investment

well there are only about 20 million undeveloped parcels of land in CA.. can you be a little more specific

I grew up in the land business in CA and have a better than passing knowledge on the subject if you want to drill down a little..
