Building tiny homes

Can some please advise me on why tiny homes are being priced the same as traditional homes in the Orlando or Tampa market? Does anyone know of anyone that builds these tiny home at affordable prices?

@JD Martin  this is my long time partner ( not in the biblical sense :)  we have developed probably 500 lots together in Oregon.. AND  .. we shared a few airplanes as partners as well.
