Hello everyone, 

I am a new investor in the Kansas City area. I am interested in learning the ins and outs of wholesaling. I just wanted to reach out to everyone on BP to seek some advice. I'm looking for some good books to read or people to talk and learn as much as I can about wholesaling. I have a basic understanding but I am always wanting to learn more so I can take it to the next level.
