Best CRM for investors?

Hey all! I'm starting to build my list of non owner occupied properties, as well as investors and cash buyers. What's the best CRM to manage a database for real estate investing? Thank you!

We have used Insightly, but moving to Podio as this new year rolls around.

Podio is what we started with, but now I use Hubspot, they have everything you would need, check them out

@Aaron Klein It looks like you more so may be looking for a list builder/something to manage your prospects, which would not be InvestorFuse. You may want to check out some list building tools, or a tool like Batch for example that you can purchase data from, manage data, and cold call them all under one company's umbrella.

I know this is an old post so would be curious what direction you ended up going here

We use Investorfuse which is podio based. Does everything we need it to do and is not outrageously priced.
