Any Minnesota Mentors out there?
Sorry if this isn't the correct place to post, but I have been reading lots of posts & watching some videos on YouTube and I really want to take a crack at real estate. The forum is full of knowledgable people, but I am wondering if anyone is in Minnesota that I'd be able to reach out to and learn from
My interest is in flipping as well as rental properties.
I'm currently working 75hrs a week so I can fund my first venture. My ambition & work ethic is here, I'm just looking for some guidance.
Even those out of state willing to chat via email or something, that would be awesome as well
