Should I Pull The Trigger?

Hello BP,
I am totally new to REI but, I I'm already in love with it (I have15 yrs. previous mortgage exp). My delimma is that I have never done anything half way so, I'm out on a leave of absence from my job until 1/15/10. and want to leave and do this full time. Question?
*What do you seasoned guys recommend?

Can you realistically expect to produce any kind of income in 30 days? or is this unreasonable?

*I am willing to put 16 to 18 hrs a day 6 days a week if needed!!

(chomping at the bit)

Since you are willing to work two jobs, I think the most prudent course is continuing with your old job till your side real estate income meets or surpasses your 'day job' then you consider making the leap full-time ....
