Quick question...I am setting my criteria for my owner occupied list and Im under Property: Equity ($); should this # be on the side of + $30-50k or is there a number I should shoot for/no preference??

For the Equity% I placed it at 21-50%. Do people think that is ok or appropriate?

NEWBIE spending hours, days creating his first lists right here:)

.10 is solid if it includes equity.

For speciality lists we typically pay a lot more, but just for a homeowner with equity .11-17 cents seems to be the rate.
