Can anyone tell me what licenses I will need to get my real estate business started.

That is a pretty broad question and the answer is unfortunately, "it depends."

Different areas of the country have different requirements and it also depends on what you intend to do with your REI business. Will you buy and hold, flip, wholesale, or a combination of all of these.

In Maine, you do not need a license to engage in any of these activities.  I would need licensed sub contractors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. if I were flipping/renovating and had building inspections to deal with.

Some would suggest you obtain a real estate license for REI and others would say it is not necessary.

I am unfamiliar with OKC laws.  I would start with your state and local officials and see what might be required for what you want to accomplish.
