I was with my aunt earlier and she told me about a lady that lives in a mini mansion in a nice part of town...My aunt told me she was behind on her taxes (3 years)...I'm a newbie and have no RE transactions under my belt...To be honest I'm not sure to try and wholesale it or lease option it and I don't personally have any/enough money to pay of the taxes...What should I do all feedback welcomed
