Hello BP! My name is Phil. I've worked in residential New construction for over the past decade. Although I love what I do, I've found myself thinking more and more about a better future for me and my family.
I honestly have no idea about how to get started and was hoping I could network with some experience people here in my area. I'm very knowledgeable in construction costs and construction practices. What I lack is the knowledge and skills to find and purchase an investment property to rehab and sell. I'm very motivated to start my new journey and hope I can quit my day job and do this full time.
