Seeking a REI Mentor/Partner
Good afternoon Everyone,
I'm looking for a Real Estate Investor, Mentor, Partner here in Tampa, Florida. One who I can shadow each step of the way through a successful deal to the closing table and one I'm hoping that as we work together successfully, he/she - a first deal is completed. I am willing to do a 60/40 arrangement. Hopefully, after our first deal we will want to continue to work together. I will continue to learn from my REI Mentor/Partner and definitely share the proceeds. I would appreciate the opportunity to work with someone who is willing to communicate fully
