Hello Everyone,

My name is Sabrina Hill. I am an aspiring investor here in Orlando, Florida. I am seeking someone locally that is willing to show me the ropes of how to become a home flipper. I have minimal knowledge but I am very eager and willing to learn and I soak up knowledge like a sponge. My main goal is to do house flips in the area to build capital for homes that will be used for long term rentals.

I understand that time is valuable and I am not asking for anything for free. I can and am willing to offer some of my skills to be assistance to you as I learn from you. I have background and skills in the following areas:

-Administrative (paperwork, emails, phone calls, using office equipment, and can type 50WPM)

-Sales

-Customer Service

-Working with a high volume of workload and performing well under pressure and deadlines

-I am an Army Veteran so it is second nature to be quick and ready to adapt and change plans in an instance

-I'm polite, professional, and motivated

good job .. now thats the way to reqest a mentor .. be sure to attend your local Reia meetings and seek a mentor live and in person .. most will have a time when you can stand up and introduce yourself ..that is the time to tell everyone why your there  .. there are a quite few in Orlando .. Im not going to tell you how to find them .. If your as good as you claim to be then , you wont have any problem in that area .. Lol.. I wish I lived closer to you because I would Mentor you as much as I could .. although you will be better off with someone that has been in this for much longer than me .. for me a mentir is someone that has been doing this full time for more than. 10 years ..for me I have only been part time up until now .. it's been a long hard road here and I am still relying on Partners to do my flips but not for long .. I may still keep those relationships but I know I wont need them .. there is a difference I think .. I wish you the very best and please keep us informed on how your journey progresses ..
