Getting started with Wholesaling?
Hello all,
I am a newbie looking to get into Real Estate investing. I have two questions:
1. Is the Wholesaling strategy really the best way to break into investing? And if so, 2. what is your best piece of advice in how to actually get started with Wholesaling? There are so many "gurus" out there that offer their programs that teach you how to replicate their so called success that I don't know who to trust. And some of these programs cost tens of thousands of dollars. Any advice would be helpful.
