help starting out in real estate
i am currently a sophomore in college and want to get into real estate. I want to focus mostly on rental properties and i am also interested in flipping houses. also im very interested in property management and am enrolled in property management courses. was wondering what advice i can get on what my first steps should be? i also have about 15k to invest right now, any suggestions or advice?
