ISO wholesaling mentor in PA
I am looking for a wholesaling mentor to show me the ropes in Lehigh, Montgomery, Berks, and Bucks counties in Pennsylvania. I would like to shadow you in this process as well as help in it anyway possible.
I am new to real estate investing but have a goal. My goal is to invest in 3-4 unit rentals to develop passive income in my portfolio. I am well aware that this is not a get rich quick type of thing and is very challenging. The challenge of investing in real estate is what attracts me to it.
