Should I register "my company" or should I wait until i'm bigger?

Hello everybody, I'm new here! I want to start investing but have sort of a dumb question...

Should I register and name "my company" and do the whole entrepreneur thing or just go out there and start looking for my first property? I'm starting small first, thinking of a small condo a fixer up. I know of someone that has only 1 rental property and already has an LLC so want to know if its important or can I worry about that later on.

Thank you in advance!

You will want to have LLC in place if you plan on putting the property in its name. You don't want to miss out on a deal you because your LLC isn't in place yet and you planned on putting it in the LLC name. If you purchase the property under your name, it is a grand pain to get it changed.
