Registering DBA or LLC

How long does it take to get a DBA or LLC registered/filed...if you registered it today, would you be able to use that DBA or LLC name immediately on a real estate contract or is it a longer process?

I don't think you need to do anything for a DBA, just start. It takes about a week for LLC's to get created here in Arizona but if you're worried about the name on the contract, I would only suggest checking to see if your name you want is available, if it is, put in on the contract and hurry up and get the LLC created. I don't see you having any issues
