Experience using Memphis Invest

Hi BP,

For those of you who have used Memphis Invest (either from in-state or out-of-state), can you please provide your feedback on your experience with them?  What's the process like?  Was your experience smooth, bumpy, full of questions?  Are they a reputable company that is committed to their work and working with you, as the client?

@Ake S.....over those 3 years, do the numbers match relatively close to what the proforma stated when you first purchased?

Love to see some actual numbers on how your property performed vs what they told you it would do...
