Newbie. Flip or Rental
Hi everyone! This is an exciting place. The amount of information available here is amazing. I'm new to REI and have yet to make a deal. I'm starting out with limited funds and I'm wondering whether I should buy a rental or try a flip. I'll probably spend some more time educating myself before I decide. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
