Help to learn Excel to manage business

I understand the basics of excel, but I have heard a lot of more successful people talk about how they have developed their own customized excel spreadsheets to manage their personal and business finances. I have looked through some good youtube tutorials, but was wondering if anyone has had any experience taking any free online courses that are more structured way to learn excel for business financials organization that they could recommend. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
