An aggregate site would make a lot of sense in fact. We do turnkeys with a twist but I think the best thing you can do to vet for this model is get ask them for referrals and ask around. Even current clients will give you the good and bad of that operator. Hope that helps!

What markets have you been looking into? Sometimes you can just started with a quick search online and see who operates in that market.  You can post on here to see if anyone has any suggestions in that market. Also, you can do some research once you know the company. Make sure they are a true provider. Sometimes agents claim to provide turnkey, but all they do is show you homes off of the MLS. That is really just being an agent. You want the turnkey company to; own, renovate, and manage the property. All under one roof is the key.

@Dave Lin  You can spend some time here reading about turnkey companies and others experience with them, as well as do online research, talk to people who have experience with turnkey investing, and do plenty of online research on your own about the companies and the people behind them you are considering. Ultimately I suggest you visit the company and market before you close on your first deal if that is at all an option.

You'll definitely get a ton of responses. I'd say the best way to is to talk around the network and see who people have bought through and had good experiences with. That's probably the best first start. You can analyze data and all that all day long, but ultimately that stuff doesn't matter if people's experiences aren't going well.
