Moving to California, Bay area from Florida
Hi, I am planning my move from Southern Florida to Bay area or San Jose area (have not decided). What's the real estate investing climate there? I am into tax deeds/liens but know so far CA is not one of the best states to invest in such. Also where is the money in RE in CA? What would be the best way to start there? Or is it simpler to love there and invest in other parts of country where returns are higher? Thanks a lot!
