I want to invest in property in Atlanta, please give an advice about best neighbourhoods where it's possible to buy property

@Solomon Johnson, @Greg Moritz is spot on. Atlanta is seeing a ton of out of town investors coming in and wanting property here. What isn't mentioned is that Atlanta changes on a street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood basis. And when you factor in the size of the metropolitan area, it is impossible to make a blanket statement. Do you want to buy rental property or do you want to flip? What type of cash flow/ cash on cash returns do you seek? What is your acquisition price?

There are a lot of sharp investors in Atlanta on this forum who can help if you provide additional details.
