New Jersey Investor looking for funding
Hello BP -
I am hoping to connect with individuals that can steer me in the right direction. I am looking for a Hard Money Lender that will be willing to fund 100% of a fix and flip including the reno.
I have a steady W2 job and my wife and I are blessed to have respectable verifiable income. We are now looking to begin our journey in severing the ties to the corporate world and building financial freedom.
I look forward to hearing from the BP family. I am currently finishing the Book on Flipping houses and when I am not reading it - I spend all my time listening to podcasts, real estate audiobooks, and surfing BP for knowledge.
I want to finally take the plunge and learn from experience so to speak.
