Good contractor=Less headaches
Hi BP,
I'm currently working on placing and offer on my first property. The property is a foreclosure and there are no pics of the house but the outside. I completed a rental analysis to run the numbers but I don't feel comfortable with my rehab budget. Hence, is there any contractors that anyone can refer to me in the Camden, Burlington, or surrounding counties for my first but and hold. I plan to use HML and I don't want to underestimate my numbers and be left with not enough funds to complete project. Please PM me if you you don't want to post to forum. Thank You in advance!!!!!!!!
