Looking to learn about lending private money
A friend of mine has asked me to lend him money for a flip deal that he is interested in. While lending private money is not an immediate goal of mine, it is something I would like to learn about and consider for a future endeavor. What resources (books, articles, blogs, podcasts, etc.) do you recommend that I use to learn about this process?
