What comes first, chicken or egg?
Hello experienced investors,
I'm very new at this and finally summoned enough courage to start wholesale. I have doing A ton of studying and I found some go find investors first before finding a deal or vice verse. You as an experienced investor, what is the wisest way to do this? Any advice your willing to give, I will love you forever
