Best way to find off market deals?
Hello all,
I'm a new investor looking to make my first deal through house-hacking in the DFW area some time within the next year - What is the best way to find an off market deal?
Driving for dollars/direct mailing in a specific neighborhood targeting the specific type of house i want to purchase until something sticks? I want to start doing something as I know our market is pretty hot right now.
